I had a superb time photographing Claire and JP’s DIY farm wedding.
The day started at Claire’s Mum’s house where she was getting ready for the big day!
There was a fantastic feeling of excitement and fun in the air whilst Claire and the girls were getting ready.
Once Claire was in her wedding dress, and very beautiful she looked too, I headed over to the farm to jump on the bus with the guests and bridesmaids. Then it was off to Leeds Town Hall for the ceremony.
The ceremony was absolutely jam packed with love and laughter, I don’t think Claire and JP stopped smiling and laughing all day!
After the ceremony it was back to the farm where Claire, JP and friends had worked incredibly hard to get everything ready for the big day.
The Papakata looked amazing, the handmade picnic baskets were fab every detail had been beautifully thoughtout and evertything looked superb.
JP’s sister entertained the guests with a beautiful operatic performance followed by none other than Tom Jones (not the Welsh one!) while we nipped off for a short time to grab some brill shots of the happy couple together before getting back to the party!
The speech of the day has to go to the best man, Spud, who had written a song for the groom and sang it to him in various musical styles!
It was a great day had by all and a great day to be a part of!
